For a customized pancake or separated slip ring, provide as much application information as possible. Basic information includes installation dimensions, mounting method, circuit count, current and voltage, signal or communication type, rotational speed, cable requirements, connector requirements, and working environment.
If the equipment has special structural restrictions, describe the available installation envelope and cable routing conditions. If multiple transmission functions need to be integrated, each requirement should be listed separately.
Equipment drawings, installation photos, wiring diagrams, or 3D models can help the technical team understand the application. The final customized configuration should be determined according to the actual equipment requirements and confirmed before production.
