Cable routing should be considered together with the slip ring installation structure. Before selecting a pancake or separated slip ring, confirm the cable outlet direction, available routing space, connection position, and installation requirements.
You should also identify whether the cables are used for power, control signals, communication, or other transmission functions. If the equipment has a restricted cable path, provide the relevant mechanical dimensions or installation drawing.
For customized applications, cable type, length, conductor requirements, and outer diameter may also be required. The final cable configuration should be confirmed according to the selected slip ring structure and actual equipment requirements.
